Is anyone aware of any hospitals in NJ that have student loan forgiveness as part of their benefits?

Hi! what hospitals specifically should I contact to get a contract for a loan forgiveness while still in school?

I believe the military has a loan forgiveness program. Any military nurses here?

I'm not looking into the military. I was hoping to get into a hospital in an underserved area.

Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel has a tuition forgiveness program for new grads (i.e., graduated less than 3 yrs ago). They will pay up to $5000/year for two years for each one year commitment.

I believe Jersey Shore University Medical Center has a similar program.

Note these programs are for new grads...this is NOT the same thing as "tuition assistance" which is a program for nurses who seek higher degrees AFTER graduation.

I think many hospitals offer this but they don't advertise it for some reason. You have to ask Human Resources.
