Living in Deleware , but want to work in Pennsylvania

Can anyone give me any info on hospitals that are in close proximity to Dcelaware, any info on pay, living areas, etc... would bu greatly appreciated.

just over state line--10 minutes away is crozer chester medical center, chester pa: unionized facility with burn + trauma center. great place to start a career. part of multi-hopital system. highest starting salary in area.
