Okay so I officially start my first nursing job in a psych ER on Monday. It's a per diem position so I am still looking for either PT or FT employment. I have been submitting applications and resumes online but I did not list my new job on my resume since I'm hired but haven't officially started. I'd feel weird writing out a description of duties for a job that I have not actually started yet.
Was this wrong? Should I have listed it and explained that I haven't started yet or something?
Thanks!

OK, I agree with you - it would be very strange to review a resume that lists "experience" that hasn't actually occurred. It's best to wait to update your resume until after you have started that job.
