Licensure by Endorsement in NY

Hello,

I'm currently licenced in New Jersey and I'm having trouble figuring out how to get endorsed in NY. I've been to the NY Board of Nursing website and I found the form for sending my NCLEX results to NY, and I know about the child abuse and infection control class requirements. I just can't figure out what others forms I'm supposed to send.

I would really appreciate any help!

You need to fill out the application "License by Endorsement" and follow what it wants you to do.

Those two courses are required and can be done on-line, for about $15 each.

Hey!!! I called NY BON. You have to send Form 1 from on their website with CEU required, picture and $135. Send Form 2 to you Nursing School and have them fill it out and pay NJ BON to post your license info for 90 days on Nursys System. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI can I endorse later to New York if i'll choose New mexico as my initial licensure?

Do you have any idea about NY Nclex application? Do you have to pass the local board exam first or you have to be be licensed NUrse first before you can apply for NEWYORL NCLEX? pls? i badly need your advice?
