License Verification/Letter of Good Standing from the NMC Council in the UK

I have been reviewing for almost 6 months to take nclex RN, but the board of nursing in USA keep on telling me that i need the License Verification/Letter of Good Standing from the NMC Council in the UK. I have send them my NMC pin and entry. Please pretty please can someone tell me what they meant by above documents ?

You need to contact the NMC and ask them to send a license verification to the state or CGFNS as NMC needs to confirm you have a clean license with them. They are very familiar with the process. I did it a few years ago and had no problems but there is a small fee

This forum has been closed way back and Im taking my chances hopefully someone can help me with my query.

I am planning to take NCLEX and I have already paid CGFNS for the CES verification. I am a UKRN and I inquired with the NMC about the CGFNS and they told me that they can issue me a CCPS (Certificate of Current Professional Status). In line with this, NMC told me that with the CCPS they will not fill out any forms provided by any licensing or registration board as the CCPS contains all the needed information.

I have emailed CGFNS about it but I still have no response from them.

Will the CCPS suffice for CGFNS to have my licensure checked and certified?

Did CGFNS accept the CCPS?
