license renewal or activation

Hi I need help regarding my CALIFORNIA license. I'm from the Philippines, RN passer in 2005 and NCLEX passer in 2006 for California. I have not activated my license since I passed 2006 because I need a SSN for the issuance of my licence card(?). I have an employer back then but unfortunately my application for the petition was cut off because of retrogression. Now my visa is on current status and planning to work there. How can I renew/activate my CA license? Kindly give me an insight/guide on how to do this. Thank you very much

More than likely start over again with them as your application would have been destroyed
