License on Probation

Hi everyone,

My license is currently on probation and I am coming up on 2 years. At this point I may ask for early termination of my probation. Does anyone know how long the process takes? I was told by my probation monitor that I can apply for it the month my 2 year mark hits but that the process is very long and that by the time I hear back and get an answer it is almost 3 years. My license is on probation for a non patient related issue and it was not drug diversion. I had a misdemeanor that was dismissed by the courts years ago and the BRN still put my license on probation so I'm just trying to figure out if they will approve my request for early termination. .. Does anyone know the process ? please help!
