I am a foreign Nursing graduate, in the process of licensure in CA. I want to endorse my license in NJ, because I live here. I need a hospital to sponser Permanent visa. How long will it take for the licensure endorsement? Can I work while my License is under endorsement process? and how long does it generally take for the Green card to be issued in NJ? Any idea??thanks alot.

Until you have a NJ license, you cannot work there. Your CA license is not valid in NJ.
By the time that you find a facility to sponsor you, and get your EAD that permits you to work, you will have your NJ license in hand. :)
Green card takes approximately one year or so for NJ if all documents are submitted on time, unfortunately this doesn't always happen, so figure on about 18 months, but you can begin work once you have your EAD in hand.
