uhmm. you dont have to be licensed in the philippines in order to apply for the NY state.

i just applied last july.. because my application here in Cali was denied.

my cousin just received her ATT for the NY state.. without having a local license in the Phil..

thank you so much !!! i just have to be sure to save money... i was just thinking about NY because we are moving nextyear and not good for cali ..i just leave my application then to cali bon no plan to continue it..i will add you really in fb..thanks a lot !!! i was so disappointed to cali bon ...ok i'll just mesage you to facebook..

hi guys!

i was able to register to pearsonvue but then i was stuck by the program code because i enter the philippines program code already but then i cant proceed..help me guys what to do ...the arrow also there does not provide choices...thanks in advance!
