Oh no! So sorry to hear this. Things have definitely taken a turn of events. I work in a GI office and things are incredibly hectic here as well! Wishing you the best!

wishing you the best too! I work at an infectious disease clinic and my patients are very stressed and worried. The Dr. I work for is very overwhelmed. 2020 has been tiring for everyone ? .

Hello guys, hope everyone is doing well! We got this! End of April will come faster than any other month! Letters will be out soon.
I was wondering does anyone know how the schedule looks like for first semester in nursing school at LFCC? Also is there any kind of ceremony before starting the semester? White coat ceremony?

Here is a breakdown of the curriculum. As far as ceremonies go, I believe that there is a pinning ceremony at the end of the program.. But I'm not aware of anything beforehand. I could be wrong, though.

Thank you for answering! Thanks for the PDF. This is useful. But I was also wondering the scheduling. M-F 8am-3pm?

My advisor told me that as far as clinicals are concerned, there's not definitive times/days. She said each semester is different due to the facilities policy (typically Valley Health). She did say it's mostly 3-4 days a week, but the days and times can change each semester. I do know that they sometimes do weekend and overnight rotations as well. As far as the non-clinical courses are concerned, I'm not too sure. I do believe you have a bit of option when it comes to those courses but I could be wrong about that as well.

Happy April girls and boys,

We have around 3 more weeks until possibly finding out our acceptance letters ❤️

Can't wait! I've been wondering how it will work for people who applied at more than one place. If someone has already gotten an acceptance somewhere else and declined an acceptance at LFCC, do you think that spot becomes available to someone else or the spot is just gone?

Hello ☺️, so I’m applying to two more schools. Their deadline isn’t until May, so I wouldn’t find out until July since everything is on hold. I’m not sure how LFCC does it, but I know the Colorado school tells you your points and in what list you are in. Sort of like a waiting list. Just in case someone drops out. I wonder how long does LFCC will wait for our acceptance to continue their nursing school? You know when you have to say yes to them!

Right, I'm curious about this too! I guess we will find out.
