They have nursings home, assisted living, home health care and independent living. I worked at a nursing home.

I have heard mixed things about it. On one hand, I know of one facility that has a music therapist. Usually only really exceptional nursing homes actually have a music therapist and are willing to spend the money on them. A Music Therapist in nursing home usually equals good staffing overall. Anything negative I heard about them was completely vague and applies to any work place.

I worked there briefly (through agency) and i WILL NEVER GO BACK! it was the WORST most HOSTILE place i have ever worked for. the staff was not friendly in the slightest. the atmosphere and work load were TERRIBLE!
