Both added together have the same number of letters: 10. Add it up to 10, and you match the evaluating lab with the drug.
Not a mneumonic but a trick nonetheless.

Or a shorter version...Heparin-PTT connect the two T's looks like an H...so the other one has to be Coumadin-PT :wink2:
