ok, i cannot be the only one applying to a nursing school in manhattan? i would like to hear experiences from anyone with an application to a nursing school in nyc.
i am scheduled to take the nln pax in less than three weeks!!! i keep studying every chance i get but always feel that it is not enough, the work load is enormous. any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. i applied to two cuny schools and did not make it in. the competition is ferocious. i am now applying to a private school and feel i have a better chance if i score very high on the nln pre-entrance exam. has anyone taken the nln recently, let's get some feedback .
I took the NLN exam May 9 2006. I received my scores back with composite score of 108 and a percentile of 64. I applied to LICHSON in Brooklyn. If accepted, I will transferring over Anatomy I (B+) & II (A), Sociology (B+), General (B+) and Developmental Psychology (B), and CPR (A). I did type a nice thought out essay as instructed. I hope I get accepted. This waiting is driving me crazy.
