I don't know how many clock hours are legally required. However, I did complete Casa Loma College's LVN program in late 2005 and finished just under 1,600 clock hours.
I know you said in Cali but my LPN schooling in Conncticut will consist of just under 1600 Instructional hours and a bit over 800 hours of Clinical. I cruised around the other LPN schools in CT and they all seem to have the same time frames.
