Lehman College Fall 2020 Admissions

This thread is for people who plan to apply to the Lehman nursing program of accelerated (Summer 2020) or generic (Fall 2020) Wish you all the best of luck! Let's keep us all motivated!

301 includes a lecture and clinical. we do lecture part on online and clinical is pending ( she said she is not sure when the state approves to start the clinical class at the hospital) asked her what exactly means by "hybrid'. sometimes we get online by the time scheduled and some time just does like traditional online. such as leh352.

Sigh I really thought that we would have hybrid classes which is half online half in person I didn’t know classes were going to be fully online ?

Did she mention anything about acceptances? I wonder what they are up too. It’s been silent for 4 days.. if they have all the decisions made why don’t they just send the letters out?

the orientation is scheduled a bit early that last year July 8, I think there are some reasons. They can not do all students once.

when I saw the department, there are no enough people to do things. So it seems like they dividing the works.

even they do not have an extra hand to send out the packages (they got to do later)

You definitely have a chance, but if you want to be on the safe side, it’s always a good idea to have back ups. The application for CMSV is easy and it’s free. I heard a decision after about two weeks.

My deposit is due on August 1st but if I don’t hear from Lehman by this Friday I’m going to pay it so I can get started with the process.

How were you able to schedule an appointment to meet with her via zoom? I would like to speak to her on behalf of students who are still waiting

You don’t have to schedule an appointment you just join (the link is on the Lehman nursing department page )

How long did it take for you to get an acceptance? I started my application a few weeks ago but I was still waiting for Lehman. However I have decided to completely go with CMSV because they respond to my inquiries in a timely fashion, they are always available, and just seem way more organized. I finally submitted my last document so I wanted to get an idea of when I would hear back from them

the chairman had a tech assistant to help her

It took about 2 weeks after I completed it to hear back. Honestly I didn’t think I would hear back because most of my documents were screenshots and unofficial and my essay was 3 sentences ?

one of my classmates in A&P in 2013 at Lagcc, She got $60,000 loan debt from private nursing school. She kicked out the last exam in the last semester by 1 point. She had to do it again at the LaGuardia community.

I m also here, no quarantines to graduate and choose here I do not have money, I can not get the loan. all money from my pockets.
