If you work make sure you have a super flexible job like per diem or working in afterschool programs. You probabaly wont get your scedule until july or august.
Thank you for responding!
Is the program doable? I am willing to work hard but I heard most students fail. I am sort of scared.

Yes, It is hard you cannot do it on your own without support from your classmates. If people feel they cannot trust you or the way you talk to people is *** word gets around. We are a cohort, we talk all classes together its not like pre-reqs where its different peole in each class. This is nothing like pre-reqs you need to learn how to answer nursig style questions that require you to critically think. Alot of it is time managment. Learning how you study and setting around blocks of time for work, study and self care.
You can do it just takes sacrafice and persistance and lets be honest if your not working at least having a good credit limit and potentionlal for work like babysitting
@BasicBaccularete that sounds like a good sign, what are ur stats?
Also, can we still do walk-in Advisement or do the ladies in the front just answer questions?

I suggest you go in and figure things out in the department. Before I got my letter, I was told my microbio grades were missing but I got that sorted.
@hopeful567 , how soon after you sorted it out did you receive a letter? And we sorted it out through the phone I honestly went in like 3 times and they brushed me off.. then they end up reaching out to me bc they were so busy brushing me off that they did not even acknowledge what I was saying. They was like as long as I took the course at a CUNY they will automatically see it.. which was obviously not true

Actually, I got it the next day. But I took the course in lehman though so they were finally able to view it. They should also be able to view yours. Go on degreeworks and make sure the grades are all uploaded.
@hopeful567 it’s not uploaded on degree works. I just called them and they said they are sending out emails right now, I think I have to go in and see, but she said I’m fine.
@Perspective17 still nothing. I called at 11:00am. Wonder what’s taking them so long if their working on it “ now”.

I also have a bachelor degree and wanted to do accelerated but this year the application process has changed so I was not eligible.
