Hi all

I'm a 23 y/o newly single mom giving up job(won't wrk w/sched.) And apartment to live back w/parents go to school f/t. Very nervous and anxious about my decision. I'm doing 1 yr lvn prgrm(starting aug.28) then going to lvn/rn bridge. I know the sacrifice is worth it but I'm very scared!! Please help!

Thank u so much to everyone for your support! Things haven't been going well for me lately, definately time for a change Santhony44 I love that quote, "This too shall pass". This is a great site

A person who starts and tries their best can NEVER lose.....only those who never tried at all. You'll have good days, where you feel you really make a difference....and bad, where you wonder how someone can hurt themselves so badly.....You'll have days where you feel you're a horrible mother and days where being MOM is the only thing that keeps you going.....

3 Rules for NS:

1. You always get 3 answers: Yes, No, and This is the "School" way.

2. Find the good RNs and try to keep them on your good side.

3. Hang in there, you can DO THIS!!!!

P.S. Have you looked into any CNA type jobs to work part time or even on a PRN basis? It helps with the skills.....

Don't u have to have certification to wrk as cna?
