LCON ABSN Fall 2017!!! Insight Needed

Hey guys!

So, on this journey of applying to nursing school, I have LOADS of questions that I don't want bug the admissions office about (because I'm quite frankly a Nervous Nelly) lol

Was the application process to the U of M nursing program surprisingly easy? Was I forgetting something? But it was refreshing compared to other programs who want your whole life story, blood type, interview, etc.

Does LCON only look at your prerequisite GPA or your overall GPA? And what's their cutoff GPA?

When will I get an answer???

Any answers or knowledge of the admissions process would be greatly appreciated!

I don't.. I don't even know where to go for a 12 panel drug test.. and how do we submit it?

I presume since we'll be getting the panel for ourselves and not on behalf of a company (like when hiring for a job), we'll get hard copy results and submit them like the other documents. I found a couple of companies with multiple locations in Memphis but no specific recommendations from anyone. I'll post if/when I get more info.

When you did your health examination form, did you turn all of it in or did you do it piece by piece? I entered my photos of my shot record from the health department last week and turned in my health examination form yesterday..

I did it in pieces as I received my titers results, vaccination records, and finally my completed form.

I talked to another person who is in the program and she told me that the lady who approves our stuff told her that she will be busy so I guess she's trying to catch up with everyone's stuff..
