LBCC (Long Beach) Spring 2018

Anyone here apply to the RN program at Long Beach City College?

Hopefully we hear back from them soon!

They choose 20 people to be on the alternate list, just to let you guys know.

That is a long waitlist, if they only take 40 people per semester, it will be tough *sigh*

just got my letter, unfortunately i wasn't chosen ☹️ good luck to y'all! better luck for me next time

Hi I remember you saying this is your 3rd time applying is this the only school you've applied to ?

this was my 2nd time applying at LBCC. I am going to try again because they said your odds go up if you've applied more than once. I also applied for Rio Hondo, Cerritos and Cypress but haven't gotten in anywhere yet

I received my letter today but it was a denial letter. Oh well í ½í¸”! Hopefully my chances will go up next time I apply!

Specializes in Nursing Student.

I got my letter today, I was rejected, hope you all fared better than me.

Just got my letter today, it was also a rejection but at least I've applied once to increase my chances in the future. Good luck to everyone else! :)

Hello and congratulations to all who have made the ADN program at LBCC! I wanted to ask if any of you who have accepted also applied to Cypress College's ADN program? If so, would you mind notifying the Health Science Applications office in writing that you would like to withdrawal your name/application if you choose to keep your seat at LBCC to possibly open up seats for others who are waiting to hear from Cypress's program. Please and thank you! Good luck on your journey to becoming an RN.
