Yes it is my second time applying. When you got your letter does it say that you are an alternate? Also, be hopeful!!! They took all of the alternates last semester! Hoping you get in!!

Yes, it said I was put in the alternate list, if I am interested to attend the meeting. Hopefully all the alternates get in this upcoming semester again lol. Thank you, it's my second time applying as well, hopefully my last

Just got my letter today and unfortunately it was a rejection letter.But that's alright,just gotta try again!Congrats to those who got accepted and good luck!:)

Still waiting on my letter. Anyone know if living farther away will delay my letter? I live in Chino.

Im still waiting for my letter too and I live like 20minutes from the school. This wait is killing me! Congrats to everyone who has gotten in! :)

I just received my letter and was put on the alternate list as well. I'm a bit upset as I feel that the staff there constantly get my hopes up. They said that because I have a 4.0 in my sciences and good grades in my other classes, and it's my second time applying, that I would definitely get accepted, but I guess not haha. I don't know how being on the alternate list works. If someone can explain it to me, I'd greatly appreciate it :) Wishing everyone the best of luck!

I think it depends on how many people are in the waitlist whether or not we have a chance. We didn't even get a number, so I guess they'll do it based on requirements (?) hopefully enough people who got accepted don't pick lbcc as their choice (lol) so we have a higher chance.

Hoping you guys get in! I believe if anyone who is accepted declines the offer then they choose from alternate list. Usually they would give a position number from what I have heard in the past. Best of luck!
