Hi everyone, I don't see any recent forums on Lawson state. I'm considering applying to Lawson, so If you are a graduate, current student, or applicant who has any tips, advice, opinions, or if you'd like to share your experience with the nursing program please post here.

well my mail dont come until ltr what are the main requirements for lawson i mean my gpa and.grades.are ggood i didnt get to do as well as i wanted to on the teas

You should be fine even if you didn't have a high TEAS score. Your GPA and grades will help you

My co worker called me she didn't get in. She has to call she not sure if its to both or just RN. My mail man ran at 8:30. I just got a tuition letter I was like maybe this means. Lol I better wait lmbo

Are you positive she said today we should know. Because I still don't know. But I'm in good company. We were talking about that moment when u like I ain't worried then u see the mail man and u run to mail box. Lol

Yes when i called yesterday she said you should get it today or tomorrow

Why mail man run so early mines wont run until like 12 or 1

Yes. Just hate the fact that they arent hiring anymore lpns anymore really. Like you said if its meant itll be

LPN are able to work in long term setting. And some Clinics. But your best bet would be a nursing home. Lawson requirements for which LPN or RN.

for both. Well my sister is an LPN but lucked up and got a job at the VA she started off at a nursing home too. Ill accept whatever is given.ill be thankful

She said it says she meet minimum. But she said she had. 178pts she applied to both campus for RN. I asked did she apply for LPN she said no because they told her she did not have to. But I don't know about that.

For LPN u only have to have eng 101 and math 116 or higher RN u have to have all classes its a bunch. I'll name a few anatomy 1 and 2 eng 101 speech and a few other class must have a 2.5 min or higher. But I believe u can take some of theses classes with program. Check out website.
