Good luck!
I second the advice to eat and bring a high protein easy to eat snack. Since you are taking your test in the afternoon and might have time - try to get in some exercise - even if it is just a nice walk. Get your blood pumping, oxygen to your brain and discharge some of that nervous energy.
Try to get there with plenty of time so you needn't drive too quickly or worry yourself about being late.
Also, if possible, if you have to wait with other nervous nurses to be, and they are wigged out - stay away from them! When I took my test the group of test takers in the halls were clearly so nervous. Their anxiety was not what I needed to surround myself with! So I waited outdoors alone in the fresh air and just looked at the at the rolling green hills around the campus. Though it was a bit cold, it was worth it, to have time to just center myself and breathe and not catch any of their nervousness. On the other hand, if there is someone nice and relaxed to talk to, that can help, too.
You studied, you prepared yourself, you know what you know, and you will be able to tap into that when you need it. If you get too perplexed, guess and move on. Don't take too much time on any one question that stumps you. You can probably answer 3-4 in the same time and better to finish and get those that you know right, than waste all your time on something you don't know. You will know way more than you don't. Concentrate on those!
You are going to do great!
