Hello my second familia,:)
I have some last minute q's for the nclex-rn since I am taking it nxt wk..
These are from top of my head--plz correct me or add what you know...thx a million!
vfib/vtach= defib
afib/aflutter=cardioversion
Did you guys covered the different types of heart blocks? do we need to know them for this test? if yes, can you please tell me the diff?

I am following Hurst content and some Kaplan...which do you follow as far as INSULIN ONSET/PEAK/DURATION RANGES????

Only D-fib V-fib, and PULSELESS V-tach. Ventricular tachycardia has to be pulseless before you can defibrillate , otherwise just continue cpr

Don't you give lidocaine for Vtach? Only deFIBrillate for Vfib.... I think Afib too
