Hey is there anyone who will be applying to Lasalle Univeristy Achieve BSN Program for fall 2016?

Awesome! So glad to see there are a few of us who have confirmed for the fall. :)

I had also applied to Drexel's ACE in the past. While I like the concept, it's very expensive and the accelerated format would definitely mean I'd have to quit my job. Quite a commitment!

Yeah, I applied to their 24 month program. They told me I shouldn't really be working if I went through the program. The setup is way too intense with my full time job, so I had to decline. I wish I had it like that to be able to do just school!

Hey! They sent out my letter yesterday, I just contacted the office of adult enrollment! So I completed the NLN in the 84 percentile and I had a composite score of 128. My GPA is a 3.0 but I have about 5 prereqs to complete. All of my sciences are done, Just a religion course, computer course, history coure and an elective...is anyone done all the prereqs and only need the nursing classes??? Just curious as to where everyone stands

Hi there! I'm finishing my last pre-req now (Anatomy & Physiology I). I'll be done with it in a few weeks. Are you starting during the fall or are you waiting until spring?

I'm finished with all of my classes as of April. Just waiting to start. :)

Does anyone know what the nursing kit consists of?

Yes, if it's like when I was last in the program, it has some wound care kit items (gauze, iodine, saline), a straight catheter set, gloves, etc. It contains all the items we'll use during the first semester during clinicals.
