Laptops for Nursing notes??

I have a laptop that I love...I use it for everything. But for my pre-req's I always used just a spiral notebook and took notes with a pen. Do you think it's easier to take notes with a laptop or take notes with a pen? I am a very fast typer so that wouldn't be an issue. I am just wondering about any diagrams and such. Maybe I could do both??? Just curious to see how those who do use a laptop for notes like it. Thanks!!!

I would go with pen and paper. The clacking of the keys might seriously unnerve some of your classmates, especially in your smaller classes where you're more likely to be noticed. You might bring a small tape recorder though, if you're worried about missing anything.

Wow a tape recorder!!! i would have never thought about that. Do alot of students do that these days? I will realy have to consider that. Thanks for the idea!!

Almost every class I take at least one person brings a tape recorder.

I would definately stick with paper and pen for notes. You can't draw little helpful diagrams on the computer as easily while taking notes.
