Anyone applying? Have you taken the NLN test yet? Scores? I am taking mine in December. Finishing my prereq's fall and spring semester. Nervous! I am more nervous about the commitment once you get in than the test I think. I became a single mother in May. I have 4 children, ages 2-7. Praying that God bridges the childcare gaps for me! Good luck to everyone!

What color did you get? Where do you work? That is so cool!

I got hot pink! Lol. Can't loose that one! I'm am the primary care giver for a relative who has rectal cancer and had her whole colon removed... So the ostomy and wound care nurses have been training me for her home care... It's so interesting!

I just checked the course schedule and it looks like there have been some changes on the summer classes. I think before we had clinicals on Monday and Tuesday and class on Wednesday and Thursday but now it's different. I'm ready to get registered and find out our schedule. There are so many things that the schedule will affect. Two more weeks! I am enjoying my last official Spring Break with the Forsyth County school system. :)

By the way, I changed my name from rmcginnis because I didn't feel comfortable using my real name. The pic is my 5th great-grandma (Cherokee) who was a midwife in Suches, GA during the gold mining days. :)

I need to order one! I am ready to get this show on the road!!!!

I need to order one as well, but I think I will wait until after the meeting on the 18th to see what is what. I'm still very excited and also anxious to get started!

Ladies! It's a week from today! I'm starting to get anxious too... I'm excited for learning but anxious about the huge life change!

I cannot wait! Anyone down for hanging out after the meeting? Looking forward to seeing you all again and starting this journey!!!

I can probably hang out after - it just depends on how long it goes because I have to work. I'm ready to get started. :)

I should be able too! How long do you think it will be?

I don't know how long. I hope I can sleep tonight! :)

Hey ladies! Good to see you at orientation today! I'm so excited to start! I was just wondering if you read anything about patches for our uniforms. I know she mentioned it briefly... I'm just wondering if they have them in the bookstore.

Hey Jennifer. I hope everything went well today and you are feeling good. I did not read about the patches but I did hear her briefly mention them. I am working on getting my immunizations together that I have had and I paid for the background and scheduled the drug screen. Now it seems like I have more to do and I thought I had everything done. I'm glad today finally came and I feel better about everything. :)
