This is a repost but haven't received any replies back . If you were a student or is currently at Lancaster, I would really appreciate any thoughts, inputs, advice. More specifically, I am applying to their RN nursing program, hopefully I will be accepted to start in the fall - got a 3.4 GPA, is it high enough? What are clinicals like? How is the staff etc. Thank you!!!

Try posting in the PA nursing forum as well. You might get answers from graduates that way, or the general nursing student forum may have some students who don't check in here.

I have heard from some friends that did the LPN module and they said, it's worth it, but very unorganized. I think there have been lots of other students that have been through the module before, but I heard it was like they made up rules as they went. Here's what my friends told me their experience was. They said most of the instructors are not consistent with the material covered. Sometimes, on the tests, you would get tested on things that weren't mentioned in lecture. Also, not every instructor tells you what to study for. This is just what I heard. Good luck to you in the fall.

Rookie1,
I'm not sure if you will ever get this message, but I figured I would post it anyway. I am assuming that you haven't completed any pre-reqs. For 1st semester, there are two different clinical day options (Tuesday & Wednesday). I did mine on Wednesday, so I will tell you what my schedule would have been if I hadn't completed any pre-reqs.
Monday: English Comp 9-11:50am, Nursing lecture 1-2:20pm
Tuesday:A&P lecture 9-11:50am, A&P lab 1-3:40pm
Wednesday: Clinical 7am-3:30pm
Thursday: Clinical Math 8:30-11:20am, Nursing lecture 1-2:20pm
Friday: Off (you can choose to do your psych or soci this day)
