Do you happen to know your alternate # ? I am an alternate as well. Although I am hopefully they admit 20 more in, I don’t know the chances of it & I am so drained with this whole experience tbh LOL

I applied for Fall 2020 as well. I was wondering if any other alternates have heard back. Did you guys receive the medical packet as well?

I'm also an alternate. As of today, I haven't gotten any updates about my spot in the program. I have only received the email about the packet they sent a few days ago.

Hi. I was an alternate, number 99. About 2 weeks ago, I received an email from the LACC Nursing Department saying that I was not admitted.

Hello I am in the same situation. I am an alternate & received a medical packet as well late last week. I am wondering if they are going to accept more than the 20 students into the program.

Yeah I hope they do accept another 10-20 students into the program. And that we find out before the 6th as one of the email says. Do you happen to know your alternate #?

Yes ! I am #25. I have checked in about slot positions and first he said I moved down 4 then last I checked, 3 more . so if that’s correct I’d be in the 18th spot? Which I pray they accept the 20 more. How about yourself?

That's really good. I am #10. I am being optimistic that we will get in. Looking at the packet made me nervous because it would be a lot to get done by the deadline.

That is so good! I believe your chances are really high! Yes the packet is super dense. I would suggest just making an appt with your primary Dr. now so you can be have everything ready by Aug 21, if need be. That’s what I’m doing. My Dr is already hard to get an appt with as is. Is this your first time applying to programs?
