LACC ADN Fall 2020

Published

I have not seen anything for LACC fall '20 so decided to make one. I have not heard back yet from them yet. Please discuss here.

Did you apply anywhere else?

and what were your stats?

gosh I feel like it’s never gonna happen!

I just applied to L.A. County but I'm planning on applying to more schools. I have a 78% on my TEAS and not sure about my overall GPA but I have A's B's and a few C's ? What about you?

I got on the alternate list.

I emailed and they said I was eligible for the lotto but my position is 103. RIP.

Are you on the alternate list?

They said I’m lotto 116 what does that mean

I’m not sure, I never got an email about being an alternate. IDK what they mean about position # vs being an alternate.

How are the lotto numbers assigned and do you have to reapply to lacc or they automatically keep your application and reprocess every term?

Anyone know how high up # wise of alternates usually make it in after all ? ? gosh what a stressful process. I’ve applied everywhere, this lotto is killing me

for lacc, you have to reapply I believe

So has anyone heard from lattc or lavc?

For those of you who are alternates - I'm wondering what your thoughts are on the possibility of entrance into the program? In the email it says they are considering adding another 10-20 students to the program... I am getting anxious because if I am accepted into the program, I will have to move down south and am worried about the housing aspect if I am not given much time (I'm from norcal.)

I also heard some programs are starting with first semester fully online and volunteering at local COVID testing sites...
