LA Valley College ADN Fall 2021

Hey everyone,

I figured I'd make a topic for LAVC's ADN program since I didn't see any that have already been posted. Just wanted to create a group where we can share comments/questions and the like. Typically the results for LAVC take a long time to come out (last year they were delivered in late July), but hopefully with the limited number of applicants this semester the results will come out a bit sooner. Feel free to discuss, and good luck to everyone who applied!

Trust me. Go to a different nursing school. Anything is better than lavc. The staff are unprofessional

Just thought id ask this forum, what does the nursing program look for in selecting students if any of you know someone that has been accepted.

As long as you meet all the requirements for applying to the program, you will be entered into a lottery system with all the other qualified applicants for that semester; at that point it's essentially a game of luck as to who gets admitted and who gets rejected. This particular program does not necessarily consider things like previous healthcare experience, volunteer hours, etc.
