LA CITY COLLEGE ADN Spring 2023

Hi all, 

I did not see a forum open for the Spring 2023 application period. Hoping that we can keep each other updated during this application period. 

This will be my 3rd time applying to this program. I just dropped off my application yesterday and luckily the office was open and I was able to hand it personally to the nursing school staff. I was still able to use the re-apply since my first initial application was for Spring 2022.

@Deeeeeeanawas there a drop off box and can we go after hours or only when campus is open?

Yes, they have a drop box for after office hours. I believe they close at 5pm. So you can go anytime after 5pm as long as the campus is open and drop it in the drop box. If you go during office hours you would walk into the office next to the drop box and hand it to the person at the front desk.

I also applied at LACC for Spring 2023. I went there at 7:00pm the office was closed so I used their mailbox. Do you guys know when we’ll be hearing back? I’m so nervous about their whole cut score is so unclear.

Is this your first time applying? Their cut score is the same throughout all the LACCD system and GCC. As long as you met the min for the pre-requisites you should be good to go. I agree though the cut score is not that clear and when they do inform you that you met it they do not let where you were at on the cut score.

Nothing here yet! I only heard from LAHC they’re starting their selection process.

Nope, nothing yet. I heard back from LAHARBOR as well.

No but it says we will not hear anything until December 2022. Last year when I applied I heard by on 11/24 that I was not selected. IDK if that helps.
