You need to discuss your concerns with your OB team. As per the site terms of service we all agreed to...we agree to neither ask nor offer medical advice.
There is so much information that cannot be garnered from a post on a public anonymous message board. If you're not comfortable with your OBs answer ask for a second opinion or specialist referral.
Here are two articles I found online

http://www.aafp.org/afp/2008/0615/p1709.html
You stated that YOU are the patient on aspirin which pushes this into the realm of medical advice.
One more guideline: http://www.guideline.gov/content.aspx?id=39384
Hopefully these help you discuss your concerns with your healthcare team

What is standard protocol for treating patients coming in for labor or a c-section while on low dose (81mg) of baby aspirin?
I'm a nursing student but conflicted. I have been prescribed aspirin for Factor V Leiden and recurrent miscarriages. I pushed for Lovenox/Heparin therapy but was denied such treatment at the only Perinatal center in my area. Our compromise was a low dose aspirin. Now at 32 weeks they want to take me off and are giving me no real explanation besides a possible increased risk of bleeding. What is protocol to treat patients that come in with either a) labor or b) in need of an emergency c-section. Any input is appreciated.
