Kwantlen Sept 2016 Post-Bacc Admission

Hey Everyone!

I applied to the September 2016 intake for the post-bacc program at Kwantlen. So far all I know is that they have "received" my application.

Does anyone know if the ministry curriculum revisions for the 4-year program also apply to the 2-year post-bacc? I also have not been asked for any transcripts yet?

I completed a Kinesiology degree at UBC in 2015.

I haven't heard back I won't be finished human anatomy until April 24th and even then I have to transfer my grades because I took it at bcit :(

Hopefully it all works out... I applied on November 1st with all pre reqs so I am hoping I get an offer its just hard to get too confident until the offer is actually in hand. Did you guys apply to any other schools?

You will get in!!! I haven't applied to any other schools but I will apply to bcit if I don't get in through kwantlen

I applied to UBC and U of A as well. I couldn't apply to BCIT because my anatomy and physiology was taken in 2012.

That's awful and surprising since not much would of changed in human anatomy since 2012 im

guessing ! I'm taking a condensed human anatomy course right now at bcit . It's not too bad but I have a 9 month old so she doesn't exactly make it easy for me all the time ;)

Maybe you will get offered a seat in all 3 :) which one would you accept if you get more than one offer?

Yeah it sucks because the anatomy and physiology can't be older than three years. Honestly I have been hearing more and more bad things about the KPU PB program and this application process has been awful for me. They should have told me to retake anatomy and physiology in September if I was going to be considered after every one else. I would definitely pick UBC if they gave me an offer, it would be a dream to go there.

I haven't received anything because I haven't completed all my requirements yet. I will be finished on April 24th but likely it won't transfer over until may. I hope I can get in! If not I will apply next year :) congrats to you ! I hope to see you in September !
