KSU Spring 2012

Published

Lets start it all over again....:yeah:

Well, I guess they found my TEAS scores. Yesterday, I got a rejection letter. Today, I got a letter stating that I have an interview! Yay! Good luck to everyone! I hope we don't have to wait too much longer!

Hello all,

I too got a letter for an interview for the accelerated spring 2012 program. There doesn't seem to be a lot of discussion on thes blogs for Spring 2012. Does anyone know how many people are interviewing? Also, does anyone know if they are teaching the accelerated program on KSU's main campus now? They don't list Rome and Jasper on the website anymore.

Has anyone received the follow-up letter instructing us on how to set-up our interviews?

Someone on another thread said that they will send additional info out in about 3 weeks.

Hey everyone!! Congrats on the good news so far...just an acceptance letter left!! :)

I understand that this thread is for spring 2012, but i was wondering if you all can state what you all stats are...such teas score, gpa, volunteer experience, etc so that I'll see where I stand for Fall 2012

I would really appreciate it!

thanks in advance

i have an 3.83 gpa, 84 on the TEAS and I do have volunteer experience.. I hear that they look at 5 components..overall gpa, best 5 of 7 prereqs, science gpa, teas score and interview.. hopes this helps.. they all weigh about 20% from what i have heard in the past

Thank you Starlite1980.

Yay, interview over!!! They really do go out of their way to put the interviewee at ease. Good luck everyone!

Yeah, I heard that from a couple of friends that have interviewed already. Mine is not until Friday, but I wish I would have scheduled it sooner to get it out of the way. It has been taking forever to get to Friday...LOL!

Good luck Starlite1980. Review the interview questions posted on this site...they ask about 5-6 questions. Some questions asked: tell me about a time you made a mistake, and how you fixed it, why do I want to be a nurse, tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult person, made a difficult decision...hhhmmm trying to remember the others...anyhoo GL!!!

Thanks Nhenry2B,

I've had a list of questions that I compiled and wrote out my answers to. I'm ready......just waiting for tomorrow. I feel prepared...lol!
