I don't know. I wish I did. I think it would give me a little reassurance if I knew what our odds were at this point. I have heard in the past (not sure how accurate it is for this semester) that somewhere around 800 apply and about 150 interview for about 100 slots. I wonder if they would give us the particulars?
If you're nervous, set up an appointment with the career services center to do a mock interview. Call now, because I made the mistake in waiting until I could schedule the real interview and had to meet with someone that normally doesn't do the mock interviews. I actually didn't get in to start this fall because I "seemed extremely nervous" in my actual interview. I did another mock interview with the woman who does the majority of the nursing interviews. This was a huge help! She had a lot of great information that prepared me for what they are actually looking for, how best to format my answers, what I really needed to work on, etc. Now, if only the nursing advisors hadn't lost my TEAS scores, maybe I would have had a shot at that second interview. I'm sure you'll do fine.
