Have you looked into Suzannes plan? There is a few stickies at the top of the nclex discussion forum with detailed instructions of how to go about it. Her first tip may take a month...and after the first tip is completed, you need an additional 45 days. There's a really high amount of students passing with her plan.

I'd say give it a try, I know I will if I fail the first time. *hugs* you can do this!
thanx soo much, my first response
my family wants me to take the test soon
so i won't 4get, i suzzan's plan am gonna try
i hope i would have enough time, this test is just
unbeliveable
I suggest to make yourself enough time for this...not to sound so blunt but it will pay off trust me.:) You CAN do this!
thanx i will, i hope my mind will work again
with these questions just praying!!!

Do not rush to resit the exam especially if you have failed it a few times. Definitely give Suzanne's plan a go
There are other's in the same boat as you too, so don't feel like your the only one...I keep thinking back on when I first started my pre requisites and thought that I would NEVER make it to this point, it was a long road but I'm so glad that I did it, cause this is the HOME STRETCH and then let the career and begin!!! Just keep thinking, this is it! And you can do it.:)

Sometimes it is the way you study. Suzanne's plan works extremely well and we have had people pass who trained several years ago and struggled. Generally you know your stuff otherwise you wouldn't have completed nursing school. Suzanne's plan will help you

don't feel too bad. i took the test four times and didnt make it too.
do consider suzanne's plan. i am on it right now and am very excited with my progress.
give yourself enough time before retaking the test. not too much though, so you won't forget whatever you studied from your previous test.
i wish the best of luck for both of us. don't lose hope!

First and foremost DO NOT get down on yourself, it is NOT you it is the TEST !! period.
Think of it this way.
LOGIC
the nclex is designed to prove "competence" right ?
if you pass you are considered "competent"
, take 100 RN's anywhere
give them all the current NCLEX
, logic says ALL 100 should pass
--because all have passed before and thus
are considered "competent"
I bet you my left leg and one of my kidneys that all 100 nurses will NOT pass
what does that mean, the nurses "lost" competence ?? logic says you gain MORE confidence as you progress through your career, not lose it.
this is a dumb, illogical test that we all must "overcome", and you will..
I failed twice passing on my thrid attempt, i beat myself up, and once i realized it wasnt me it was the test, i focused on beating the test rather than re-re-re-studying...For me, i thought like "the enemy" and when i did---i passed.
you WILL pass this test, dont give up and dont be hard on yourself.
