Does anyone else have trouble untying the knot on their scrub pants? I am often seen running to the kitchen for a fork so I can use the tines to loosen up the knot on my pants.

I don't tie mine. But could you get one of those things... NO IDEA what they're called... but they're like a little ball with a button and you hold down the button and put the strings through it, and then when you let go of the button the strings can't slide through. You see them on drawstring bags and stuff. That was a very inarticulate description but I hope you get the idea.

Instead of a knot, try tying it into a "bowtie" like you would for a pair of shoes.
You can also put a pony bead on one of the strings so that they won't get pulled so tightly together that they won't come loose.

Yes, I agree with coffeemateCNA. Just tie the strings in a tight enough bowstring, that won't give you any issues unloosening.
I do tie them up just like I tie my shoe, but when I go to the bathroom the bows are gone and there is that stubborn knot again. I like the idea of using the little do dad that fuzzywuzzy suggested. Now I just have to rob one of off something and try it out. If I cannot find a do dad, then I will try a pony bead.
Thanks so much. You guys are the greatest!

Or make a slipknot- half a bow with only one loop. Easier to undo and less likely to become a square knot. Yes, I have been a camp counselor.
