Although I am not the respondent who said that Kindred paid me "great," I had been earning $33 per hour when I worked at a Kindred facility in late 2011. Although that's not great, it is a competitive wage for the low-paying DFW area. Since almost four years has passed since that time, I imagine their pay grid might have increased. What do you consider "Great"?
However, the work is hard drudgery, which is why I didn't last terribly long. The nurse/patient ratios were high and the work was sometimes hard to bear.

Sound like pretty good pay scale to me, Working conditions as described sound awful.
Thanks for the input

Hi. I will be graduating with my BSN in May 2015 and I was interested in working for an LTAC in Dallas. Does anyone know which are the best in the area and which are willing to hire a new graduate nurse? Also how is the pay for a facility like this? Any help is awesome. Thanks :)
