Kenyan nurse moving to Ontario - questions!

Hi everyone 

I am a RN diploma in kenya with 3 1/2yrs experience. Am 29yrs old..my husband has a PR in ontario canada.

Am currently in kenya,I would like to relocate to ontario and work as a RN. 

Please guide on the process how long wil it take n the cost if possible.

Is anyone took CELBAN test recently? I would love to receive some inside on this test as there is not much information available online. I would greatly appreciate the information.
