Just wondering if anyone out there has applied for Kennesaw State for Spring of 2017. If you have did you apply for Traditional or Accelerated program. And what were your four stats?
Teas
5/7 GPA
7/12 GPA
Overall GPA
I definitely do not know for sure, but I'm assuming the waves they sent them in are accepted, then waitlisted yesterday and then denial letters today. But I'm just assuming.
Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. I have a love/hate relationship with the Kennesaw admissions process for this program. It's 100% numbers, which makes you pretty certain where you stand, but I just wish they knew how hard I've worked and how much I've learned as a CNA over the past year. Like, yes, I got an 81 on the TEAS, but I successfully cared for 16 patients this past weekend! I know, I know, I'm in fantasyland; they can't possibly hear everyone's sob stories. Then you have GSU that takes all that "other stuff" into consideration so that's good. Just overall frustrated and sad and preparing for a rejection letter.
I also applied to both and the email came to my KSU email on 9/13. I remember Fran told me that they wished they could see everyone to know us better but there were just too many people applied to this program so they decided to take only 4 scores (GPA, TEAS etc) to make their decisions.... I don't know other schools like GSU have how many applicants each time but KSU is vvery popular for sure.
I received my acceptance via my KSU email.. Everyone still waiting to hear back, keep your head up! This was my second time applying to both GSU and KSU, so if anyone knows about determination and perseverance it's me lol. DON'T GIVE UP! It will all pay off in the end :)
I agree this was second time applying to Kennesaw after being denied for Fall 2016. Giving up should not be an option.

Been keeping up with this thread... but just wanted to say I applied to both and have not gotten any email yet. Just wondering, has everyone's acceptance been sent to their KSU email? No one has gotten emails to their personal email address or any paper mail?
