I know there are some threads on this school, but wanted to start a new one to get some recent experiences/opinions. This is my second choice school and if things don't go as planned for whatever reason, this seems like a great option from what I've researched.
So, does anyone have experience with this school? What was the application process like? If you've graduated, how was your job search outcome? Did potential future employers seem to look favorably at this school? Where did you do clinicals?
And if you dont mind sharing, what are your stats and location? Thanks for reading :)
Anyone? Not a good sign, I guess

I started a thread a few days ago & I did not get a response. However I ran into a few students at Keiser Ft.Lauderdale campus and they love the program. I also ran into a former employee who I used to work with. She stated that she loved Keiser University Fort Lauderdale campus & that the program was a great experience for her she has no complaints. She now works as the RN in the in NICU at one of the major hospitals here in Broward County. All I have to do is to take my TEAS 2 prerequisite in order to get into the nursing program. I was just in the January 2014 Broward College nursing program and it was not a good experience for me so this is why don't you to go to Keiser.
Thanks for replying! I'll visit the campus. Thats the best place to start. Wish I knew students/graduates of the program so I could get more info that way.
Just walk up to a Nursing student and ask them about the school. That's what I did.

Hello, I remember your post from about a year ago. I see that you may not have been successful at BC. I was in the same boat in 2012. Lost upset, sad, depressed but you made the best choice by not retracking back in. Keep your head up. Best of Luck too You.
@dream61792 yes you are correct. I thought I was well prepared to take on the challenge of BC nursing program. Right now I'm searching for the right school to go to. I just spoke with the State Board of Florida to find out the truth about accredited and approved programs and they shed some light about that. Therefore my decision will be a bit easier because I'm not happy with Keiser.

I graduated from Keiser Tampa this past April. 2nd degree. For the most part its a good school. Passed he NCLEX the first try
And they are fully national n regionally accredited atleast tampa campus is
Yea they are a lot of nursing school in the South Florida area but you want to make sure your not going to any that will just take your money and not prepare you the right way. Do your research and many hospitals want new graduates with a BSN so also take that into consideration. I know it's difficult right now but Keep on Going
