Hello! Looking for anyone who might have applied to Kaweah delta new grad positions in Visalia, Ca (past and present) Thanks ?

It took about three weeks for me, but I know they have several start dates and if you need time to relocate, you can ask for a later start date.

Hi all,

I had an interview with a nurse recruiter 5/28 and also got a generic email from ------------------- saying that they are still reaching out to people. I did do a follow up email with my nursing recruiter and she said she "hopes the managers call me back". Not too sure what to do with that, but one of my job postings say that my application along with others is still being considered. Not sure when I would be hearing back so fingers crossed its soon.

For those of you who have started orientation, how long did the background check take for you to clear? mines been about a week now

@moojoo when did you have your interview and did you have one with a nurse recruiter at first? And how long did it take for a manager to contact you?

Hi! Did you apply for a specific unit? I applied just for the new grad position and had the same problem, I only talked to the recruiter and then nothing after that. It wasn't until I sent my application to a specific unit that I got a call back from the manager.

I applied just to the new grad position and the nursing recruiter told me that she liked me and I need to apply to a specific unit and she would forward my app to the manager when she receives my app. I've applied to 7 different units and havent heard back anything. I did a follow up email with her as well and she said its taking a bit longer for the managers to get back to people due to the abundance of apps and hopes that I hear back soon.

They were focused on ortho and neuro care of patients- broken bones, stroke, compartment syndrome... things like that- for my floor

I would Guess it just depends on the unit you’re interviewing for

@jr769941 Did you have your interview with just the nursing manager or were there more people that were there? I have mine for med/surg tele so I'm just trying to review cardiac and med surg stuff

Mine was the nurse manager/assistant nurse manager
