Good job! From what I understand 62 is a passing score, but maybe some more practice is needed if you ran out of time. My Kaplan instructor said to try for 65, and make sure you score at least 50 on each section (because for NCLEX you have to be able to pass each section). She also mentioned to practice answering each question in under 90 seconds, but if you need more time for the first 15 questions then it's worth going over the limit to put yourself in passing.

there's no passing score for that.. only a corresponding probability percentage of passing NCLEX..

My Kaplan instructor said to aim for at least a 55% on the readiness test. He said that a 60% equals a 90% NCLEX pass rate. I have friends who scored in the 50s and took their tests this week & last week and all have passed. I would feel confident with that score but work on taking the questions a bit faster, you don't want to be leaving time to talk yourself out of correct answers. Good luck!!!

just don't rely on the predictor test...just believe in ur self that u can do it.. goodluck to all

Go with your own judgement as to your readiness to pass the NCLEX. Predictor test scores are notorious for going either way.

I averaged about a 57-62 on all my q trainers. I passed the exam @ 110 questions. They're more indicators than actual predictors.

I received a 63% however my Qbank scores were horrible!! Lol most of my QT were in the high 55's to 63's. Personally I think Kaplan was much harder than the nclex. it was a nice tool though:-) I answered 80 questions , no OB and peds which was a shocker since those two were my weak areas.

Ps study everything on QT 6 & 7 I felt the nclex reflected those trainers the most. Random questions however that's how my test was.

thanks so much for the responses! :) i took qtrainers 1-6 and scored 52-62. i didnt take 7 yet. i hope i get at least a score of 60 on qtrainer 7! i got a 59 on qtrainer 6. i feel like i ran out of time on the readiness test because i took the test with my kids. i forgot to suspend the test when i should have. i take the nclex on 2/21. now i just need to work on my anxiety.

Good luck!! I take my test 2/24, but I haven't taken Qtrainer 6 or 7 yet. My instructor said to take the last QTrainer like 4 days before the actual NCLEX and if you score below a 62% then you should push back test. Is that the best way to do it? Or should I take it this week? My readiness test score was pretty good... but he also said the last 2 Qtrainers were way more difficult.
