I took my NCLEX July 8th, and let me start by saying I passed it in 75 questions.... praise god! The days before I was on here scouring the site for how people were doing on they're Kaplan prep questions. Let me give you my results to put some of your fears to rest... The highest I got on any Question Trainer was 63, the lowest was a 49, my scores stayed pretty consistent between 57-60. As for pointers, make sure you know your infection control, delegation, and priority. Those were the biggest three I had on my NCLEX test.... but that was just for me, because other classmates had things that were completely different. Also, not to freak you out, but my first 11 questions were "all that apply", and I would say at least 75% of my test was ATA. Good luck, you got this, and most of all don't stress too much. When it's over your going to laugh at how stressed you got. Worst case scenario is you take it again, so give yourself a break.

how did you study for nclex? im done taking the qt1-3 with average score of 60-68 and 56-60 on qbank..
Start where you are weakest, using both ATI (if you have them) and the Kaplan guide book. I started where I was weakest and worked from there. It's easy to see where you are weak with Kaplan because of how they chart your scores, so look there, and literally write up a plan of what to study next, and check it off as you go. Also, make sure to brush up on the three topics I mentioned in my original post.
