Kaplan NCLEX PN Readiness Scores

Hello Everyone,

I have been taking Kaplan and scoring really low on my qbanks (high 40's to high 50's), but got a 75% on my readiness test. Does anyone know what this score means? I have found general charts, but don't see anything specifically for the PN. Any ideas on how to figure out what my chances are of passing the NCLEX with this score? Any info would be great. Thanks. :)

I read some of the book and have been watching the videos. I am taking the PN exam so Kaplan doesn't offer the qtrainer for PN. I really hope the readiness exam is a better indicator than the qbanks. Anyone else do better on the readiness than the qbanks?

I'm taking PN exam too, what do you mean they don't offer q trainers. I just recd access on Friday and returned from weekend vacation and will start q bank but I saw their were q exam of 50 and some vid. I'll go thru it today and see what's in store for me .... :)

Where is readiness exam? I have the live class Sept 12 and 13, 730 am with instructer. Did anyone do that too? It's 8 hr class for review for 2 days.

The qtrainers are different from the qbanks. I called Kaplan and asked were to find the qtrainers and they said that is only for the Kaplan RN. The readiness test is found on the syllabus.

Lady at kaplan said to do readiness at end of live class but she said read ebook and do q and vid.

I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my NCLEX-PN today. I got cut off @ 85 questions. I guess my scores were good enough! Did the "pearson vue trick" as soon as I walked out of the building and got the "good pop up." Checked my state board of nursing as soon as I got home (30 minute drive) and my name was already showing up! No license yet though.

I did kaplan readiness exam recd 68%. I did all the 1000 q for PN kaplan. I watched vids, did all q bank and overall score with kaplan was 58%. I took PN exam and recd a good pop up. Now waiting for results .....
