Hi all,
I am scheduled to test Friday 06/27 in Texas. Saw Judy Miller NCLEX Content Review DVDs for review of content and have been working on Kaplan like crazy!
I feel that my question trainer scores are okay, but I am all over the place with the QBank! I've completed about 60% of the Qbank with an average of 56%
QT 1: 64
QT 2: 70.7
QT 3: 65
Kaplan Exit Test: 60.6
Kaplan Readiness Test: 66.7
QT 4: 62
QT 5: 63.3
QT 6: 70
QT 7: 67.2
I kinda feel ready, but don't want to give myself a false sense of security. I'm so nervous as this test is adaptive to our answers. :/ What do you guys think based my scores? How is NCLEX compared to Kaplan?
Also, is Hesi a good predictor of NCLEX success? [i scored a 1022]
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks! :))

Scores mean almost nothing. The question is do you feel ready based off the content that you learned? Are the rationales for right and wrong answering making sense to you? Can you apply what you learned? Can you critically think? Do you know what the questions are asking of you?

Kaplan is a good NCLEX review. I scored a 65.5 on QT 6 and a 67 on QT 7. I Took NCLEX for the first time last week and my test shut off at 75 questions and I passed. QT 6 and 7 are ALL application and analysis questions which is much like NCLEX when you are above the line of passing. Kaplan recommends that students get a 60% or above on QT 6 and 7 before taking their exam. So your scores are very good. You have to be confident in yourself. Good luck!!
