I wanted some insight from those of you that have recently taken the NCLEX-RN and those of you who are also studying. How do your scores on practice exams compare to mine?
Here is a list of what I have done thus far:

Between the two books (Kaplan and LaCharity) I have done 895 (funny it comes out to be such an even number) questions.
I take my exam next Tuesday and will be starting exam cram (the book) tonight.
Feel free to share your scores!
PS -- I am sure someone will chime in and say not to rely on the scores...this is in no way me or anyone else who would like to share their scores relying on them. To me, its a way to keep somewhat sane throughout this quite insane preparation process.
I didnt buy the Davis bookDid you do any of the LaCharity book...I thought it was really challenging...really made you think about the situation.
I think Davis is even harder than that!! I get about 60's-70's in LaCharity. Haven't done the entire book yet. Pairing it with content review in Saunders.
With Davis I can barely get into the 60's. SO, SO, SO discouraging!

I wouldnt get discouraged...I feel as though the publishers/writers of these books make them all (for the most part) extremely difficult so that when you go to test then you feel as prepared as possible.
I never ever got 65 on Kaplan. My scores were in the 54-62 range and I used to beat myself up so much with frustration. If I had known how much easier the Nclex was compared to Kaplan I woul have relaxed a lot more. I passed the Nclex with 75 questions, and was shocked at how similar the questions were to Nclex 3500/4000.
From what I have read on these forums, anything above a 65 on the Kaplan diagnostic exams is considered good/passing whatever you want to call it lol.
