Kaiser taped interview

So I was talking to one of my recruiters and their agency uses an online taped interview and test for Kaiser facilities. She said it's good for a year and managers review this instead of personally calling you. Anyone ever done this before? What's it like? It seems odd to me that the manager wouldn't want to talk to you?I mean what if you have questions or need certain things in your contract?

Hi, have you done it? I have to do the behavioral interview within five days and am wondering what the five questions are?

you didnt go through with the questions?

hi, do you remember all five questions?

I had an offer come to me with great pay from a Kaiser hospital in LA. The facility looks pretty modern from google maps street view. Although I've heard terrible things from people about working as a nurse at Kaiser hospitals. This every 4 hour floating surely isn't included in their critical care units right? That would be very dangerous for patient care and I would imagine it would set them up for lawsuits when a patient codes and documentation shows 3 different nurses were in charge during one shift...

Yes, it does. Some specialties no, such as operating room, but yes in critical care. You may be floated to medsurg/tele as well. It will depend on the specific hospital though and their census.

I honestly can't remember the exact questions but they were all common sense. No clinical. Like how would you placate an n irate family member and I think there was a question on how many times you called off in the previous year. You'll do fine.
