Hello all!

I wanted to create a thread for those of us that are STARTING a Kaiser SoCal residency in July. I'd love to be able to connect with anyone in the area that is starting around the same time, and also to exchange information we have received!

I wish I knew 😭 All they told us was that it's going to be classroom work, simulations, VR, and floor orientation. I hope we don't have any projects... but I know Kaiser NorCal has their new grads do an evidence-based project so maybe?

I got my schedule and found out we do have a project due at the end!

Did you have to get an ekg certificate for this position?

No, but they told us we'd be tested on our EKGs at some point... Did you? Also NOOO!! I don't want a project 😭
