Kaiser SoCal New Grad residency 2026

Published

Hi, wondering if anyone here knows when the next dates are available to the Kaiser SoCal New Grad residency program? I missed the deadline for the Fall 2025 cohort. Or how often they have new cohorts

Hi I got a call from west la !

Congrats!! Do you know if they're calling from an unknown number or would it say Kaiser? Just want to make sure I keep an eye for it.

Hey congrats 🙌 🎉! I am so happy for you ❤️ Can I ask you what things did you include on your resume that might help get a call from kaiser? any other things you mentioned in your app that basically boosted you? like healthcare experience, school clubs, etc?

Hi has anyone heard from South Bay?

I really think it comes down to the luck of the draw. This was my first time applying to kaiser SoCal, but I have applied to so many hospitals with no opportunity to interview so I feel very lucky.

From what I've gathered, I think it's really important to make sure your resume is ATS friendly! I tailored my resume to med surg Tele since those were the only two units available for new grads.

That's all I can think of. I understand how intense and disheartening this process can be and I really wish the best of luck to everyone! Remain patient, positive, and focus on what you can control. Everyone's journey is different. Your time will come.
